The role of a 2IC is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of a branch., you serve as the local face of your company. As the person in charge of the branch and its employees, you are responsible for making sure that the customer experience is positive and encourages long-lasting relationships. You also play a critical role in training new hires, helping staff advance in the company, and nurturing company culture. In every business function, must take responsibility for outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Admin Management
• Internal/Telesales Management
• Petty Cash/Warehousing/Distribution/Transport /deliveries
• Stock Control/ISO Management/SHEQ
• Supervision of employees/Customer Liaison
• Gr 12 Required
• + 3 years in 2IC Retail/manufacture /chemical background with above duties
• Hands on management style, able to work overtime if needed
