Admin Assistant -Financial Advisor

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Schedule appointments and assist clients with
  • Complete & process new business and servicing
  • Update existing client details and servicing changes
  • Receive and respond to client incoming calls and emails in a friendly, punctual
  • Maintain an organized, compliant and efficient filing
  • Follow-up on pending business and contact individual client with
  • Assist Advisor with pre-appointment
  • Prepare & manage a weekly report on new business submitted, new business issued and servicing requests.
  • Submit and follow up on medical and GAP cover claims
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum Requirements - Matric
  • Industry Related qualifications or certifications
  • Must be well Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Must be self-driven and able to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phone
  • High level of client service orientation
  • Must be strong in administrative duties Experience
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Practical assistant or secretarial experience (advantageous)
  • Must have corporate or industry experience
  • Must be well computer literate in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
