Responsibilities and Duties
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with
- Complete & process new business and servicing
- Update existing client details and servicing changes
- Receive and respond to client incoming calls and emails in a friendly, punctual
- Maintain an organized, compliant and efficient filing
- Follow-up on pending business and contact individual client with
- Assist Advisor with pre-appointment
- Prepare & manage a weekly report on new business submitted, new business issued and servicing requests.
- Submit and follow up on medical and GAP cover claims
- Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Requirements - Matric
- Industry Related qualifications or certifications
- Must be well Computer literate (Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Must be self-driven and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phone
- High level of client service orientation
- Must be strong in administrative duties Experience
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Practical assistant or secretarial experience (advantageous)
- Must have corporate or industry experience
- Must be well computer literate in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
