Our Aftermarket Vehicle Spare Parts Client are currently looking to employ a sales Consultant to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Durban.
CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM AFTERMARKET PARTS OR OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) MARKET INDUSTRY, OTHERWISE CV WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
MUST HAVE GOOD PRODUCT CODE KNOWLEDGE (THIS WILL BE VERY ADVANTAGEOUS)
MUST HAVE AFTERMARKET SPARE PARTS SALES EXPERIENCE – AT LEAST 3 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE

Job Purpose
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant with 3 years of experience in the motor industry to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, offering expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or automotive management is a plus
Min 3 year’s Aftermarket spares parts sales experience
Strong understanding of automotive sales processes, vehicle features, and financing options.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Own Transport
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, offering expert guidance on vehicle selection, financing options, and additional services.
Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and effectively closing deals.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on automotive market trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Product Knowledge: Gain comprehensive knowledge of inventory and services to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth purchase process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Prepare regular sales reports for management review
