Duties included
• Administrative Support: Providing administrative and clerical support to the DC, including managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining records.
• Office Management: Overseeing and maintaining office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
• Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent customer service to distributors and clients.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational, legal, and financial risks within the DC.
• Information Management: Maintaining and managing information systems, and ensuring accurate and secure information flow.
• Resource Management: Managing resources, including space planning, equipment, and supplies.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Procurement: Procuring operational materials and consumables in line with plans and schedules.
• Financial Management: Processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining budget oversight.
