Requirements/duties
* Gr 12
* Qualification in Food/Hospitality a benefit
* + 2 years in Management of Restaurant/Fast Foods required
* Able /willing to work shifts and long hours
* Exp in administration in costing,
stock control, and buying of stock
* Exp in Menu planning, cost,
and planning, stock control, and planning
* Strong skills in supervision
* Customer Service orientated
