Requirements:
Grade 12
Working/have worked in the logistics/truck/fleet industry will be advantageous
Needs to be Computer Literate (Fleetactiv is not compulsory but beneficial)
Valid driver’s license (Company car will be provided)
Self-Starter, Dynamic, Outgoing Personality, Punctual and presentable.
Not reluctant to cold calling and being on the road meeting new customers.
Must be out going, be-able to sell, can close deals
Must be presentable
Duties:
Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales through direct outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the truck rental services offered and present these effectively to prospective clients.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the company CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
