One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of Junior Fleet Sales Executives to join their Truck Rental Division to start as soon as possible, or immediately.
Salary: Market Related + commission. Includes company car + fuel; Company cell phone; Medical & pension (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00
Requirements:
Grade 12
Working/have worked in the logistics/truck/fleet industry will be advantageous
Needs to be Computer Literate (Fleetactiv is not compulsory but beneficial)
Valid driver’s license (Company car will be provided)
Self-Starter, Dynamic, Outgoing Personality, Punctual and presentable.
Not reluctant to cold calling and being on the road meeting new customers.
Must be out going, be-able to sell, can close deals
Must be presentable
Duties:
Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales through direct outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the truck rental services offered and present these effectively to prospective clients.
Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the company CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
