Role Overview
The Production Mixer is responsible for the precise preparation and blending of raw materials (Maize, Sorghum, and additives) into 1-ton batches. Working in a team of two, you will ensure that every batch strictly adheres to specific recipes while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. This role requires high attention to detail to ensure product quality and minimize production downtime.

Shift Patterns
This role operates on a rotating shift basis:
• Morning Shift: 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Flexibility to rotate between these shifts is a requirement of the position.
Candidate Requirements
• Gr 12 required with experience in above in manufacturing
• Physical fitness

This position involves working with heavy machinery and bulk food products. Strict adherence to PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and hygiene standards is non-negotiable
