One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton are urgently in need of a Receptionist/Girl Friday that are skilled in Excel and Finances to start as soon as possible.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Working/have worked in the logistics/truck rental industry will be beneficial
Advanced Excel skills
Computer literate (Fleetactiv, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must have very good telephone etiquette
Very good financial background
Professional Appearance
Must be able to work well under pressure
Own transport
Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Duties:
Telephone Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring professional telephone etiquette and directing calls appropriately.
General Administration: Assist with daily office tasks, including typing, filing, and organising documents.
Customer Service: Provide administrative support to clients, suppliers, and staff, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating files and maintaining accurate records.
Office Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, organising events, and supporting other administrative functions as needed.
Work Under Pressure: Handle tasks efficiently while working under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard
