About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to join our production team in Mossel Bay. This is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials, packaging, and all production inventory — keeping the production line running efficiently with zero stock-outs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and control all raw material, packaging, and production inventory end-to-end
• Monitor stock levels proactively to prevent stock-outs and production disruptions
• Place and track orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate quantities
• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems and Excel
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs related to stock control and supply chain processes
• Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with the production team to forecast material requirements and align supply with production planning
• Ensure all admin processes are completed accurately and timeously — purchase orders, delivery notes, GRVs, and stock reports
• Identify supply risks and implement contingency plans
• Maintain filing systems and documentation in line with company standards and compliance requirements

Minimum Requirements
Education Matric (Grade 12) — Essential
with 60% average and math as subject
Experience Relevant experience in supply chain / inventory management
Computer Literacy Full computer literacy — Essential
Excel Advanced Excel level — Essential
Driver's Licence Valid South African driver's licence — Essential
Advantageous (Not Essential)
• Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Procurement
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
